We established Collins Brothers Ltd in the 1990s to enable us to develop our family owned timber yard in Hoxton, London. We obtained planning for permission for a 65,000ft2 mixed use development comprising of 39 apartments, 30,000ft2 of office space along with a 30 space underground car park. This development went on to win The Evening Standard’s New Homes Award and Best Development Award. This was the catalyst that enabled us to move into full time property development.
